Now we’re not specific on where exactly he was standing, but if a shot—a high-powered rifle—came from 250 yards behind you, you’d probably look back first, right? Like, common sense: if you heard the sound coming from behind you, you would look back, probably even before your brain came online. Your instinct would be to duck into… make sure that you’re not going to get hit by something that’s coming from behind you.
