They call you all sorts of things: anti-Semitic. I’ve been called a self-hating black person. I’ve been called a homophobe. I’ve been called a transphobe. I’ve been called crazy. I’ve been diagnosed as suffering from postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis—a postpartum depression. And I didn’t think there was anything left for me to grab, but it’s here. It’s final. I’ve now won the game.
