Now another thing that I think is important to understand about Lou Taylor is that Lou is not a talent manager. She’s not here to just oversee brands or help deals be made. She’s not like an agent or that kind of thing. She was playing the role of business manager, which is a financial role. Even though Lou Taylor had no financial background—she was not even an accountant. And most business managers—my business manager—is an accountant. Lou Taylor actually started her career in a church working alongside her husband, who at the time was a pastor at Calvary Chapel in Brentwood, California. And interestingly enough, according to financial documents that are in the public domain, Jamie Sr. was giving 10% of his income that he was making off of Britney Spears from the conservatorship to the church where Lou Taylor’s husband was a pastor.
