The Potter’s Field scandal—Potter’s Field was actually a healthy, functional organization. This was actually a Christian ministry until—and again, I’m going to say this is alleged, but I’m looking further into this claim—until Rob McCoy got involved and then he intentionally scandalized it and staged an effective hostile takeover with a few other board members. That’s what this person is alleging, and they’ve sent emails and some backup proof, which we need to go through before we can present that as a fact. But it piqued my interest. The idea of a hostile takeover designed as faith-based—almost, right? Like we’re doing the right thing here and we’re trying to help.
