Prior to us getting there, there had been some, a lot of suspicion that the federal government knew that 80%, I think it was 60 to 80% of the cocaine was coming through the Douglas, Arizona area… So they knew all the cocaine is coming through this one area. But the local authorities back then, you know, came up with shrugs like, you know, oh, we just don’t see where it’s coming from.
